Competitor Registration
In order to allow the organizer to guarantee an adequate welcome and in line with expectations we kindly request:
- The entries of the competitors and of the teams to be accompanied by the sending of the complete documentation (NAC Official Registration form and Official Entry form) filled in all its parts (including the personal data of the pilot, the expected arrival date, type and quantity of engine oil). Incomplete or unsigned forms will not be accepted.
- Single rooms are no longer available for enrollments after June 1st.
- The transport included in the entry fee is to be considered from September 7 until the end of the championship, exclusively from the hotel to the championship venue and vice versa.
- We kindly ask you not to use private communication/request channels, but only those specified on this website and in the bulletin.
- The accommodation of family members/friends accompanying judges, competitors and team members will not be charged to the organizer.
- It is necessary for competitors to register in order to create their own personal area which will contain data relating to fuel and oil consumption and the booking of the training flights. Booking will be possible starting from August 10.
